The Indian Naval Higher Command course delegation visited Fleet Command Headquarters, Simonís Town as part of their study tour to South Africa over the period of 13-19 November 2016.

The visiting delegation consisted of 22 members led by the Deputy Commandant of the Naval War College Commanderr A. Rai, accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel J. Zietsman and Indian Navy DA, Captain M. Thomas, as well as the Liaison Officer, Warrant Officer Class 2 R. Venter.
