Naval Higher Command course delegation visited Fleet
Command Headquarters, Simonís Town as part of their
study tour to South Africa over the period of 13-19
Rear Admiral (Junior Grade) S. Petersen with the Indian
Higher Command course delegation
delegation consisted of 22 members led by the Deputy
Commandant of the Naval War College Commanderr A. Rai,
accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel J. Zietsman and Indian
Navy DA, Captain M. Thomas, as well as the Liaison
Officer, Warrant Officer Class 2 R. Venter.
Liaison Officer, Commander A. Carelse welcomed the group
and accompanied the delegation to pay a courtesy call to
Flag Officer Fleet, Rear Admiral B. K. Mhlana.
delegation proceeded to SAS SPIOENKOP and SAS QUEEN
MODJADJI for a tour on board.
